Purifier House

The scheme involved the refurbishment and conversion of a Grade II historic Purifier House to provide 26 apartments, retail use and restaurant/cafe; with erection of three/four storey building to provide 10 residential units, retail use and restaurant/cafe, associated car parking, cycle parking, landscaping and boundary treatment.

Completion of the public realm harbour walkway and disabled access public lift.
