Menara Keck Seng, Kuala Lumpur

The design of this 39-floor speculative commercial development in Kuala Lumpur city centre, includes a $50m bespoke unitised facade.

The bespoke design includes a series of units on the 18th level constructed for ease of access; enabling the units to be removed in order to carry out works to the accommodated plant.  In addition the facade engineers worked closely with a local extruder to manufacture the aluminium extrusions, the design and laying down of the dies, testing the specification and design of the gaskets and associated component parts (hinges, screws, locks etc.)
