Clarkebond helps secure planning committee support for Newquay Retail Park
After 9 years in the pipeline, a new retail scheme on Treloggan Road in Newquay has received the go ahead.
Clarkebond has provided a range of services on the £12m scheme which is being developed by CDF.
The development will comprise 7 retail units ranging in size from 465m² to 1961 m²; 2 employment units of 280m² and 44 new houses of which CDF will construct 37 units for Devon and Cornwall Housing Association. The majority of the retail units are already let to some of the UK’s top retailers.
Clarkebond’s involvement in the scheme has included a wide range of services including geoenvironmental site investigation, civil engineering in relation to on-site, adopted and public highways, diversion of public services and structural design for both the retail and residential units.
