Clarkebond gains ground in Building’s Top Consultants List

Following a year that has seen turnover and headcount increase by 20%, Clarkebond has moved a further 7 places up in Building’s 2016 Top 150 Consultants List.

In 2014 Clarkebond was ranked as one of the fastest growing consultants in the country in the publication’s rankings and moved up another 10 places in the 2015 List.  Neil Marks, Clarkebond’s Commercial Director is delighted to see this trend continue in 2016.

“In the last 12 months we have seen key appointments and promotions at Clarkebond, across all engineering disciplines and all offices, and we have won and delivered some great landmark projects.  The company has gone from strength to strength.  Alongside our core skills of civil, structural and ground engineering, we now have well established successful Transport Planning, Flood Risk and Hydrology and Façade Engineering teams. We are now looking forward to the next phase in our growth and have created a structure that will enable that growth.”

Clarkebond have worked on a number of landmark award winning projects over the last 12 months including the design of the tallest building in Wales, the Erith Park regeneration project in the London Borough of Bexley, an ambitious, award winning project to build houses on top of an in-filled quarry on the outskirts of Bristol, and the Market Hall Development in Plymouth.

Building’s annual league table of the biggest UK consultants includes surveyors, architects, engineers and project managers and this year paints a picture of steady growth.
