We have a core 37½ hour working week, but work flexibly to accommodate individual’s own requirements, whether this is around the school run, a personal training regime, traffic or simply a personal preference. We also support remote working when this is required.

Training and development
We will do all we can to encourage the attainment of a wide range of professional qualifications or chartered status, including the payment of fees, day release for study and flexible working hours to accommodate study time. We offer an ICE approved training scheme and in addition, regular in-house and external CPD and training is provided.
All staff start with a holiday allowance of 23 days plus statutory holiday. Long service is rewarded by an extra day’s holiday for each five years worked, with no limit to the number of days that can be added. Excess holiday can be ‘bought’ back by the company, and extra days can be ‘purchased’.
Working environment and locations
All our teams work in conveniently located, open plan offices which either have freely available parking or good access by public transport. Some also offer bike storage and shower facilities.
