Regional Director - Civils/Management, London
We require an enthusiastic and driven individual who will have the ability to operate as Project Director and manage engineering teams to deliver high fee value projects. The candidate will additionally be expected to develop business and prepare bids and proposals to win work. This experienced individual will be part of a senior management team and as such will be responsible for financial management of their section of the business reporting directly to the Operations Director. The successful candidate will have a portfolio of projects to deliver and would be expected to manage and further develop a team to deliver these projects. The role will require a hands on approach and will be very client focussed. It would be advantageous if experience can be demonstrated of working on both public sector led and private developments, knowledge and the ability to run projects and lead design and implementation teams, as well as experience of large infrastructure and mixed-use developments. The need for a sound technical knowledge will mean that they are likely to be of Chartered status (but not essential). It is expected that this individual will have strong financial acumen, be able to develop relationships and possess a passion for driving projects forward to delivery.
