Clarke Bond undertook a pre-acqusition survey for St Martins Property who ultimately purchased this site.
The 46,500m2 building, located in the City of London and designed by Foster and Partners on behalf of British Land and Stanhope, provides, in the main building, 28 floors of office space, a ground floor lobby and reception area with two levels of basement.
The survey included the adjacent building located on Fenchurch Street provivding nine storeys of office space and linked to Lime Street by the basement.
