Initially commissioned to assess the design scope, budget and scheduling risks for this £150m theme park in Gunzburg, Germany Clarke Bond was then appointed to 'recover' the project taking it to completion 10 months ahead of schedule and within budget.

Management of the engineering design and site operations embraced over 150 individual contracts from autobahn junctions, external works and park theming, coordinating with international consultants, manufacturers and contractors.
