Glasgow Airport

The design of this 200m barrel vault atria, links old and new structures as the first of a series of phases to upgrade the international airport.

The £8m facade design included extensive overcladding with a bespoke rain screen cladding system and bespoke bomb-blast stick curtain walling which was instrumental in preventing major damage to the airport as a result of the recent car bomb attack.
