Clarke Bond selected for Chipping Sodbury Development

Clarke Bond have been appointed to provide civil and structural engineering advice on a mixed use development in Chipping Sodbury.  The site runs from the historic town centre into a Site of Special Geological Interest and straddles the River Frome.

The scheme comprises a new food retail store for Waitrose, new housing within a disused quarry, and a pedestrian bridge over the River provides links to the High Street through a courtyard of kiosks and small workshops.
