Campbells Soup
The redevelopment of Campbells soup factory, a 13ha site one mile from the centre of Kings Lynn will provide a mix of retail, leisure and employment for the town.
The existing premises were developed in 1959 on former farm land and since have been used for food processing and administration purposes with extensions and improvements over the years.
Clarke Bond carried out a site investigation, including a flood risk assessment and analysis of the existing utilities - electricity, gas, telecommunications and water, identifying an on site pumping station controlling most of the town's foul water which demanded a modification to the existing design proposals.
