Andrew Whitehead
Andrew has over 35 years senior management experience at Clarke Bond, responsible for setting up the London office in the mid 1980s. His knowledge of all types of procurement and experience across the sectors has enabled him to establish long-term successful partnering agreements with developers and consultants.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Institution of Structural Engineers.
