Clarke Bond undertook a pre-acqusition survey for Babcock & Brown who subsequently took a lease on four floors of this office development in the City of London.
Designed by Eric Parry Associates for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, the building provides 18 floors, 26,000m2 of office accommodation including a ground floor lobby, reception area and two levels of basement.
