Marsh Way
The Marsh Way Interchange with the A13 provides access to the London Development Agency's (LDA) flagship Beam Reach 5 and 6 business parks. These parks will provide new high-quality, high-technology manufacturing workshops on redundant land; together they potentially house 1.5mft2 of workspace, putting additional strain on the existing highway junction.
Clarke Bond was appointed as the designer of the scheme, subsequently proceeding to undertake a full tender process to engage a contractor to deliver the works and to administer the construction contract. The works include the realignment of the existing 'dumbbell' roundabouts, construction of a new cycleway and footway and new traffic signals.
